Belinda Shaw & Associates

Belinda Shaw is a Business Coach who works with SME’s to achieve Growth and Impact through Clarity and Strategy. Using the cornerstones of Purpose, Process, Production and People we then layer it up with neuroscience profiling to understand the individual and what motivates them, what part of a team they work best in, and the likely way they want to be rewarded when success is achieved.

Belinda works with CEOs, business owners and upper level management, to gain clarity and direction for their business. She also works with their teams to gain traction so all are working toward the same goals with solid strategies.

Belinda’s communication style combined with her Professional Coaching & Meta Dynamics ™ Facilitation qualifications, Mentorship and various Profiling methodolgies, enable her to quickly connect with her business clients, speak their language, and truly see the source of problem areas.
Belinda became the first WHS Officer for Multiplex Constructions on their Warner Brothers Movie World Gold Coast Site.

Systems became her ‘best friend’ during her many years on site as Contracts Administrator for Lend Lease, Catco Developments, White Industries, Thiess Watkins, Jensen International. Belinda worked on many of the high-rise developments in the Brisbane CBD and at Sanctuary Cove during the construction and landscaping of the first $1million homes in Queensland.

Southpac has been an industry leader for training, safety, and compliance mainly within the aviation field since 2004. Beginning in 2014, Southpac began to branch out to offer ISO certification to general industry, in fields such as construction, labour hire, professional services, and others.  Jeremy is the Business Development and Client Manger of Southpac Certifications, and has a Diploma of Quality Auditing, and Systems for Continual Improvement.

Originally from the US, quality assurance was important for his job role supporting European, South American, and African branches, for an organization of 20,000 staff, headquartered in New York City.

Coming to Australia in 2004 he continued to use quality principles to exceed client expectations, while running a business, and within another role to grow a business from Brisbane to Far North Queensland. ISO certification is a key achievement for businesses that want to ensure there is no weaknesses within their quality systems or processes.

Tameka is Director and Senior Consultant at Bramwell Partners, a consultancy practice supporting business in Human Resources Consulting, Workplace Safety and Quality Management System Planning. Tameka’s business background includes General Manager for her family Transport business for 17 years. Tameka grew her family business from a Queensland based business to over 65 employees servicing Qld, NSW & NT. Tameka has a Degree in Business with a Double Major in Management and HR.

Tameka is passionate about developing collaborative business partner relationships, focused on helping businesses grow and prosper. Tameka does this both in her consultancy business, Bramwell Partners, and through her work with BNI. For 3 Years Tameka held an executive role within BNI where her focus was around making a difference and adding value which are 2 of her personal core values. Tameka continues to be active within the BNI network. Tameka believes in giving back to the community and volunteers her services at the Ann St Presbyterian Church where she supports members of the church in the search for employment.

Tameka has over 25 years’ experience in the development, management and monitoring of Quality, Environmental and Safety Management Systems across a variety of businesses. Tameka focuses on ensuring that the systems are relevant and appropriate and are adding value to the business. Tameka has a passion for Continuous Improvement and working with businesses to explore the concepts of Risk and Opportunity within their operating environment. Tameka is proud to say that External Audits with her clients do not receive any non-conformances and in 2018 an Architectural client achieved certification within 6 weeks of initial enquiry.

For over 25 years Tameka has been passionate about the value of systems in supporting sustainability in businesses. Tameka uses her first hand business knowledge to support business in the development, implementation and management of relevant and appropriate systems to support business growth.

David is a qualified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Lead Auditor National Disability Service Standards and Human Services Quality Framework. David has been involved in quality assurance for over 14 years and has intricate knowledge the Quality Sector. He is extremely respected within the area of expertise and has maintained the majority of his client base for over 12 years.

Adding value in assisting organisations refine systems and processes is his ultimate passion. Also, David works with non-for-profit Management Committees and Boards to ensure appropriate Risk Management and Governance Principles are in place When Auditing a few years back, David was inundated by clients with frustrations about cumbersome and paper-based systems.

In order to add value and provide a user-friendly alternative, David recruited a key development team to provide what the market wanted. After extensive research and testing, ProjeX was born. ProjeX, is a cloud-based quality management software system that is based on ISO 9000 principles and allows organisations to track monitor and measure all aspects of the quality system including identifying hidden risks and determining the root cause analysis.
